• WASHABLE: Remove the lavender/flaxseed insert and machine wash the cover in cold water, dry in clothes dryer medium heat. Do not get the insert wet!

Pinch the insert to re-release the pure oil from the lavender buds. Warm in microwave 30 seconds, flip and warm again. Do not exceed 2 minutes!
